Hi, um, I have this CD called "The Chillout" with a lot of remixed tracks, 
including this version of "Dream On". I haven't heard the original, it might 
differ from this one, but the tabs I found were wrong. This tab demonstrates 
it played in D, but you can capo your guitar and transpose as you like. The version 
on my CD is in C, I believe, though it doesn't really matter, as there is no singing.

Drop D tuning, as you can see... Oh yeah, and I'm european, so B is called H (!)...
