This is my first tab to this site... hope I didn't screw it up.  I know there's quite a few other tabs for this song but none of them were real exact on the picking parts... just basically named the chords throughout the song.  I did a little research and I'm almost positive he played this a half step down.  I know the timing isn't perfect but if you listen to the song it shouldn't be that hard.  May Kurt Cobain rest in peace and his music be with us forever...

At the end of the last verse just play B, pause for a while and play Esus4 through the outro, B again then E5 

and the last two strings open.  Sorry if it's too confusing to describe but i'm too tired to write everything
