Okay, just to be clear, Absolutely, beyond shadow of a doubt first time to this website. Tried to register with my primary email, can't cause "email is already registered", clearly human error... someone with very similar email screwed up, whatever.....
Tried to recover whatever account information to my email, can't because don't know the username registered with account. Can't recover password without username, and there doesn't seem to be any way to recover usernames..... fine...
Checked bottom of page for contact info... there is none... and to report this i had to use a second email to register so i could post.. ...... so know I am registered and don't need to figure out how to fix this, but not everyone has multiple emails, and few people will want to get a second email just for this website.
Solutions (any combination of implementation will improve website)
1. Create a way to recover Username or have the login use the email.
2. Require security question to recover password or send random gen. replasement.
3. Have Contact info at bottom of web page (at very least email, but still optional if other two are used.; |
