This is Crash Man's stage from Mega Man 2. Three composers are credited with the music for this game (under the pseudonyms Ogeretsu Kun, Manami Ietel, and Yuukichan's Papa), and it is unknown to me which of three composed this specific tune, or if they worked together on every song. Also, for certain parts of this song, I've borrowed the baseline from another arranger's midi. I found his/her rendition superior for my purposes since this is done with piano.
