A song composed by two alumni of Nanyang University Singapore(1955-1980), the only Chinese University outside China and closed down by Government in 1980. The lyric was in Chinese, the composers did not have any music background, rhythm and lyric came straight from heart, showed the feeling of 12,000 alumni around the world to their mother: Nanyang University.
