Cannot upload midi

When I try to upload a midi file it says on the top:

Incorrect datetime value: '0000-00-00 00:00:00' for column 'Date_Checked' at row 1

and then the form resets.
Does anyone else have this problem? No new midis have been uploaded for some time so I'd assume so.
