Hey all,

It’s rare these days to come across a hip hop artist that feels authentic and fresh, while still flowing and producing his own tracks. Recently I stumbled upon Alex King, and listened to his recently released album Reincarnated. Aside from the thematic hip-hop/rock feel, live instrumentation, syrupy bass lines and futuristic drum sections I was most impressed by Alex’s honesty and detailed story that he portrays throughout the album. If you’re looking for a breath of fresh air in the new over-produced, nonsensical hip hop world, check Alex out.
