Okay, I'm not quite sure what I sing, Soprano , Alto , stuff like that.
In my school's chorus, I sing Soprano, but I'm not sure that that is correct.
Our teacher just put on three versions of the same song and had us pick which one was the easiest for us to sing. Highest Soprano- Sec. Highest - Mezzo Soprano, lowest - Alto.
Now I'm noticing that the other sopranos can sing much higher than me in their
chest voices, whereas I'm in my head voice.
I can reach all the notes in Soprano w/ my head voice, but I reach lower than
most sopranos during scales.
I can sing from :
Chest : F[three keys away from the end of the piano] - g[2nd one after the F]
Head: E[ the one closer the the G] - f [ the 2nd to last one on the piano.]
This would help alot if someone could tell me what they think , thanks. |
