Disappearing rapidly

Hi
I've finally managed to register but my credits don't refresh (ever) and I'm way down from my original 200 - I don't ever get any more.
I'm sorry if I'm being thick, but I've cleared cookies, refreshed the page and just don't get anywhere.
Could you please give me a detailed explanation as I think the site is great but at this rate I'll have none left by Friday
I'm using AOL if that makes any differences

Since you have AOL, it only matters if you don't have a member account.
Login to your account and post again. See if I can clear your account for you. There's no known problem currently. Also, you can reset credits once per day. |

Hi
I have registered (chalml) but when I try to refresh credits, it gives me 3 every time but then won't let me download anything because it wipes them all whilst accessing the file.
It usually won't let me put my name in username to post these either because it is "already taken"...
Sorry, but this is quite frustrating - I must be doing something wrong but can't quite find it

| Hi, I just checked. Your account currently have 128 credits and you have never reset your credit once. I believe your account is working properly right now. Please let me know if you still encounter problem. |

It says that right now I have 200 credits, but when I click a song, it says I have already used up all of my credits...

| You have to try to refresh the content of the page. If you know your account has 200 credits, it shouldn't matter what is being displayed to you and you should still be able to download songs. |
